We’re a husband-and-wife team based in Seattle, who are passionate about food and meeting new people. Using fresh, in-season, healthy ingredients; vibrant flavor; and time-honored techniques, we craft a variety of Mediterranean foods packaged for home consumption that are ready-to-eat or reheat.
You will find a selection of our most popular dips at select local grocery stores. But Mediterranean food is more than just hummus, so to fully experience the breadth of what ZIVA offers, come and visit us at Seattle and Tacoma farmers markets.

ZIVA is offering EVERYTHING BUT THE TURKEY for your Thanksgiving table! Make the holiday easy with our pre-made sides (mostly vegan), ready-to-reheat at home. Just pop these in the oven while your turkey rests and enjoy a Mediterranean flavored Thanksgiving!
Ordering is live from Wednesday, October 14th through Tuesday, November 10th.

Purchase any item from ZIVA’s thanksgiving menu and get a postcard of our Za’atar Roasted Turkey recipe. Order three or more items and get a free jar of ZIVA Za’atar.
Details and ingredients of each dish are provided below. Everything is vegan except: gravy, stuffing and potatoes. Each side dish should feed 2 - 6 people, depending on how many side dishes are on your table. Large sides can feed 4 - 10 people. All will be great as leftovers!
Be sure to click “Add to Cart” after choosing each item for purchase. Final shopping cart price reflects an additional charge to help offset credit card processing fees.
Don’t forget to order some dips and spreads to snack on while the turkey roasts!
