A note about allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy are stored at and used in our SHARED commissary kitchen. Any allergen listed except peanuts and soy are included in some ZIVA recipes. ZIVA equipment is NOT SHARED and carefully sanitized between each allergen. Flour processing is segregated in a separate room to avoid airborne contamination. We take every precaution to make our foods safely and label them correctly, but we are UNABLE to GUARANTEE they will be completely allergen-free. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
