Pickled Rhubarb
First sign of spring! Featuring Sidhu Farms rhubarb, these crescent shaped pickles are great on a cheese and charcuterie platter, tossed in salads, or next to braised meats or fish (try salmon or steelhead!). Sold in 8oz reusable plastic jar. INGREDIENTS: rhubarb, sherry vinegar, rice vinegar, Lakewood Farms clover honey, grenadine, spices, sea salt.
Wild Watercress Pesto
Featuring foraged wild watercress and green garlic: spring at its best! We are still tweaking the recipe, stay tuned for details! Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: wild watercress, green garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. and we aren’t sure yet if we are putting dairy and/or nuts!
Shakshuka Sauce
A shortcut for making this traditional, comforting Middle-Eastern brunch dish at home. Just bring to a boil, add eggs, let them cook for a bit and brunch is done! Sold frozen in a 16oz container, the perfect amount for 4 eggs. INGREDIENTS: tomatoes, garlic, baklouti peppers, extra virgin olive oil, spices.

Classic French charcuterie item. Serve on a board, use on a sandwich or spread on your favorite Farmers Market baguette. Great with ZIVA Olive Tapenade and/or grainy mustard. Sold frozen in an 8oz reusable plastic jar. INGREDIENTS: local pork, duck fat, sea salt, spices.

Classic pesto, but vegan and using the best of the Northwest: Foothills Farm carrot-tops in addition to basil and Holmquist Hazelnuts in place of the pine nuts. Sold in 8oz reusable deli container. INGREDIENTS: basil, carrot-tops, hazelnuts, extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS.

A sampler of some of our most popular items. Two dips, plus two salads/side dishes. Weekend of 12/21 - 12/22: Original Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Marinated Gigante Beans and Honey-Harissa Carrots.
A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
