ZIVA is offering EVERYTHING BUT THE TURKEY for your Thanksgiving table! Make the holiday easy with our pre-made sides (mostly vegan), ready-to-reheat at home. Just pop these in the oven while your turkey rests and enjoy a Mediterranean flavored Thanksgiving!

Ordering is live from Monday, October 20 through Tuesday, November 11th.

Pickup available at the following locations:

- Saturday, 11/22/25, 9am to 1:30pm at University District Farmers Market
- Saturday, 11/22/25, 9am to 1:30pm at Proctor Farmers Market

- anytime Friday 11/21/25 through Wednesday 11/26/25 at Bloom Bistro in Georgetown during their opening hours (Sat/Sun: 8am - 3pm, Tue/Wed: 7am - 5pm, closed Monday)

Details and ingredients of each dish are provided below. Everything is vegan except: gravy, stuffing and potatoes. Each side dish should feed 2 - 6 people, depending on how many side dishes are on your table.  Large sides can feed 4 - 10 people.  All will be great as leftovers!

Harissa-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Locally grown sweet potatoes roasted with ZIVA Harissa. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: sweet potatoes, harissa, spices, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate

Peak season brussels sprouts sourced directly from a local farm. Roasted and drizzled with pomegranate molasses. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: brussels sprouts, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Cardamom-Spiced Delicata Squash with Date Honey

Best of the season delicata, spiced with cardamom, roasted and finished with date honey and hazelnuts. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: delicata squash, cardamom, brown sugar, date honey, hazelnuts, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS.

Dukkah-Roasted Green Beans

Fresh green beans, roasted with ZIVA Dukkah seasoning and topped with frizzled onions. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: green beans, ZIVA Dukkah (contains sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, paprika and other spices, citric acid), lemon juice, onions, palm oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains TREE NUTS, SESAME SEEDS.

Duck Fat Potatoes with ZIVA Shawarma Spice

Potatoes roasted in duck fat, smashed and seasoned with ZIVA Shawarma spice blend. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: green beans, ZIVA Dukkah, lemon juice, onions, palm oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains HAZELNUTS, SESAME SEEDS.

Oyster Mushroom and Kale Stuffing

Featuring oyster mushrooms from Sno-Valley Mushroom farm. Packaged in an oven-ready foil container. INGREDIENTS: oyster mushrooms, lacinato kale, bread, celery, onion, garlic, herbs and spices, butter, turkey stock, egg, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Contains WHEAT, MILK, EGG.

Roasted Garlic Turkey Gravy

Turkey gravy only better! We add garlic roasted slow and low in extra virgin olive oil until caramelized and nutty! Packaged in a 16oz microwaveable deli container. INGREDIENTS: turkey stock, butter, flour, garlic, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Cranberry Aleppo Sauce

Cranberry sauce, but with a slight kick! Packaged in a 16oz microwaveable deli container. INGREDIENTS: cranberries, valencia orange, sugar, aleppo pepper, sea salt.

A note about allergens: while we follow Good Manufacturing Procedures to avoid allergen cross-contamination, we do work in a shared commissary kitchen. Other commissary Users process peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and soy. We do not share equipment with any other Users and thoroughly clean our equipment between each allergen that we do use (on different occasions, we use each of the above listed allergens except for peanuts and soy). The wheat processing is segregated in a different room from all of our non-wheat products to avoid airborne contamination. We do not run expensive allergen detection tests on our foods so unfortunately cannot guarantee them allergen-free as a large manufacturer might. However, we take every precaution that is reasonably expected of a small food business, and likely take more care than other companies of similar size. We hope you are able to enjoy our food!
