ZIVA Green Hummus, available only at farmers markets, is made from Green Chick Peas. As they grow on the vine, chick peas are a vibrant green color. The more readily available and familiar form of this same bean is the dried beige-colored garbanzo bean. Our Green Hummus highlights the fresh flavor of Green Chick Peas with the addition of mint and lemon oil.
